Refund Policy

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through the ExamHero web app. If you purchased through Apple or Google, please request a refund through the relevant app store. At ExamHero, we want you to have a great experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions below.

1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your ExamHero Web Pro purchase, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date, provided that:

  • You have used fewer than 10 practice exercises, and
  • You have attempted no more than 2 mock exams.

If you exceed either usage threshold, your refund request will not be eligible for approval.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email Devxpert01@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name and registered login email
  • Date of purchase
  • Brief explanation of the issue

We will review your request within 3–5 business days and notify you of the outcome.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Requests made after the 7-day window
  • Accounts that have used 10+ exercises or 3+ mock exams
  • Dissatisfaction based on score, performance, or exam outcome
  • Account abuse or sharing (violates our Terms of Service)

4. Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments

If you see multiple charges or an unauthorized transaction, contact us immediately. Verified duplicate or fraudulent charges will be refunded in full.

5. Chargebacks & Account Status

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us may result in suspension of web access. Please reach out first so we can resolve things quickly.
