Refund Policy

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through the Exam Hero web app. If you purchased through Apple or Google, please request a refund through the relevant app store. At Exam Hero, we want you to have a great experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions below.

If you are not satisfied with your Exam Hero Web Pro purchase, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date, provided that:

• You have used fewer than 10 practice exercises, and
• You have attempted no more than 2 mock exams.

Email info@examhero.ca with:

• Your full name and registered login email
• Date of purchase
• Brief explanation of the issue

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Requests made after the 7-day window (in particular renewals)
• Accounts that have used 10+ exercises or 3+ mock exams
• Dissatisfaction based on score, performance, or exam outcome (the CELPIP 9 Score Guarantee in Section 6 is fulfilled with free access, not a cash refund)
• Account abuse or sharing (violates our Terms of Service)

If you see multiple charges or an unauthorized transaction, contact us immediately. Verified duplicate or fraudulent charges will be refunded in full.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us may result in suspension of web access. Please reach out first so we can resolve things quickly.

The CELPIP 9 Score Guarantee applies only to the Quarterly (3-month) Exam Hero Web Pro plan purchased directly through the Exam Hero web app. It is a service credit, not a cash refund: if you meet every condition below and your official result falls short, we add one additional month of Web Pro access to your account at no charge.

There is no minimum study requirement. To claim, email info@examhero.ca from your registered login email, attach your official CELPIP Official Score Report, and ask for your free month. That is the whole process.

You are eligible if all of the following are true:

• You bought the Quarterly plan directly on the Exam Hero web app
• You sat the official CELPIP-General exam on or after the date your Quarterly subscription started
• Your CELPIP Official Score Report shows a level below CELPIP 9 in one or more of the four skills: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
